Hello!

I am an associate professor of economics at State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany. 

I specialize in industrial organization and environmental economics, with applications to transportation, the power sector, and AI infrastructure. 

I am on sabbatical during the 2026-27 academic year, visiting the Harvard Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability in fall 2026 and Tufts in spring 2027.
